JustMarkets Team would like to inform you that Malaysian AmBank has recently conducted a security
enforcement campaign on July 12, 2021, so its clients are now required to update their
personal information using the following methods:
- 1. Complete the information update by logging in to their AmBank account;
- 2. Complete the e-form on ambank.com.my/ODD;
- 3. Call AmBank help center at 03-2178 8888, which operates daily from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.;
- 4. Visit any of AmBank branches during banking hours.
We kindly advise you to update your personal information. Otherwise, you may not be able to
conduct any transactions without completing your personal information update as it’s requested
by AmBank.
